Kinnear Park Condominium, a Queen Anne view property, is a 72-unit complex comprised of two four-story buildings. The building had suffered significant water intrusion through windows, sliding glass doors and sunrooms resulting in $2.2 million in damage.
The four-phase project consisted of removal and replacement of deteriorated framing, deck repairs, window and sliding door replacement. 40% of the building cladding was replaced. The building's occupants remained in their units during the 21-month repair.
