1300 Alki Condominium is a 6-story luxury structure overlooking Alki Beach in West Seattle. After working closely the Homeowner's throughout the investigation, mediation and settlement process Tatley-Grund was awarded the 16-month $1,470,000 contract to repair extensive water intrusion damage.
TG fully enclosed the building with scaffolding and weather enclosure capable of withstanding the 50-mile per hour winds common on Alki Point. The scope of work included removal of the majority of the building's envelope including EIFS cladding, sheathing, framing, windows and patio doors and extensive interior protection. Due to the widespread framing damage temporary shoring was required.
